Booking Information
A £20 non refundable deposit is required to book, this will then be deducted from the total price which must be paid by card/ bank transfer or cash on the day of your appointment. You will only be refunded in the case that I cancel. -

No shows - your card will be charged the full amount. Contact us for emergency appointments 5pm onwards - £10 extra also for emergency appointments

Hair Requirements
Your hair must be washed and blowdried prior to your appointment unless you have selected the corresponding add ons. There must be no oils or products in your hair as the hair wax will turn white or for sleek styles your hair may be damaged. -

No shows
No shows- your card will be charged the full amount. Contact us for emergency appointments 5pm onwards - £10 extra also for emergency appointments -

Lateness and Cancellations
There is a 25 minute grace period, after that your appointment will be cancelled. If you reschedule within less than 48 hours you will lose your deposit. You can reschedule once and I will only hold your deposit for 1 month. In the case you cancel you will lose your deposit.

How should I prepare my hair for a braiding appointment?
To prepare for your braiding appointment, please ensure your hair is clean and detangled. It’s best to wash and condition your hair the day before your appointment and avoid using heavy oils or products. Hair to be blow dried too. This will make the braiding process smoother and more comfortable.
